No-Show Policy:
Any tee-time checked-in with less than the number of players booked (including zero) will be charged for the number of players most recently booked outside of the 24-hour window. Unfortunately, prior abuse has made us adopt this policy. With a limited amount of inventory daily, it is critical that communication take place when your planned party shrinks below your original booking. Please let us know a minimum of 6-hours in advance should you not have the number of players originally stated to avoid a no-show charge.

If someone in your party no-shows we will charge the credit card of the person making the reservation. If a full member is guilty of a no-show, we will charge at employee guest rates. If a gold or platinum member is guilty of a no-show, we will charge 20% the going rate. If a guest is guilty of a no-show, we will charge at full-fee. If a coupon was applied to others in the group, it will also be applied to the no-show.

NOTES: There is no way to note a nine-hole round when booking, please choose an 18-hole time and let the golf shop employee know that you are going to only play nine when checking in. The same applies to a gift card or cash being used to pay for golf - just book with a valid credit card and we will use the other tender at check-in. Cancelling a tee time is not possible via the internet or by email - please phone calls only at (608) 837-4774 x4.
